Lucy Kemspter

Occupational Therapist

Lucy is an Occupational Therapist within The Potential Ability Group in the Evolving Potential department, working across a large part of the state, including the Fleurieu Peninsula and her hometown of Kangaroo Island. With the support of The Potential Ability Group team, Lucy looks forward to expanding her skill set by working with clients and their families across the lifespan.

Lucy completed a Master of Occupational Therapy at Flinders University in 2019. Prior to joining The Potential Ability Group, she worked as a Rural Generalist Occupational Therapist on the Yorke Peninsula working with clients from all ages. Lucy says she chose to join The Potential Ability Group, ‘due to their passion in providing a high-quality service to those in regional and country areas. Through growing up in the country on Kangaroo Island, I can truly appreciate the importance of access to high quality allied health care’.

Lucy loves being an OT because no day is the same. She believes Occupational Therapy is a career that provides a diverse range of experiences and a new challenge every day and is a rewarding career that enables her to help others reach their goals and meet their full potential. Could not have said it better ourselves…

In her own time, Lucy enjoys spending time with friends and family and visiting her ‘Island Home’.
