Our fees will increase in July of each year in line with any NDIA fee increases, as applicable. The NDIA are responsible for increasing your budget to meet any fee increase and this should be automated. We will automatically apply the fee increase as of July 1, if applicable.

Payments are accepted via credit card, direct deposit, cheque or money order – our therapists are unable to accept cash at the time of the assessment.
When a formal referral is made on behalf of an eligible Australian Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) Gold or White card holder DVA covers all Occupational Therapy expenses incurred by The Potential Ability Group and there are no out of pocket costs for the Veteran/War Widow/Widower.
As per the current Occupational Therapy Return to Work fee schedule, quotes available on request once a referral has been accepted.
