International Women’s Day isn’t just celebrating achievements. It’s about connection. It’s about pausing for a moment to notice the countless ways women show up every single day and support each other.

Yes, we want to celebrate the big achievements. The promotions, the businesses launched, the degrees earned, the barriers broken (we have collectively achieved all these things at TPAG). Those moments matter. They inspire us, remind us of what’s possible, and help pave the way for the next generation. But to us, International Women’s Day is also about the smaller, quieter victories that don’t always make the headlines — and deserve just as much celebration.
